Technical aspects will be included when the client purchases a service or a package through email and chat. Hexa Design Consulting will provide the client with the basic information regarding those services and the settings required to make those services are operational. However, Hexa Design Consulting shall not provide detailed guides or installations of services. Services that are included but are not limited to are mentioned below:

Hosting Service provided by Hexa Design Consulting is a free service in some packages provided to the client as an added feature without any cost. If not part of the package it needs to be purchased from a Third Party Service provider either by the customer or through our own in house servers or cloud services.

In the event the website is hosted on a third party web server purchased by the customer, Hexa Design Consulting will not be held responsible for any kind of server or hosting-related issues.
There is no ongoing Service Level Agreement (S.L.A.) between the client and Hexa Design Consulting in terms of technical assistance or service outage unless purchased separately or included as an ongoing maintenance service.
Hexa Design Consulting will provide the customer with a user manual to use the website C.M.S. (Content Management System).
Hexa Design Consulting will not be responsible for training the client in the said website C.M.S. (Content Management System).
Hexa Design Consulting will be providing the customer with the necessary settings and information to install the emails on their end.
Hexa Design Consulting will not be responsible for installing said emails onto the customer end.
Hexa Design Consulting will not be responsible for providing technical support or assistance in troubleshooting errors on email usage as all our emails are on open servers and accessible by all service providers. Hexa Design Consulting will not be responsible for providing technical support or assistance in troubleshooting errors on email usage as all our emails are on open servers and accessible by all service providers.
